We are always looking for dedicated individuals to join our broad team of home health care staff.

To insure that we hire the best individuals possible, we employ special screening methods to assure ourselves that only the most empathetic and compassionate individuals are hired as Love & Patience Caregivers. We want to be confident that they will care for our clients as if they were their own family. To further ensure our clients' peace of mind, we also conduct a thorough, finger-print-based criminal background check of all potential new hires. We then insure and bond those that pass our rigorous screening process prior to assigning them to our clients. While we attempt to hire only highly experienced Care-givers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s), we also provide extensive training to each Care-giver prior to their taking on a client-assignment, and then match their specific abilities to the specific needs of the individual client (uncovered during our client interviewing process), so that we end up with appropriate and compatible client/caregiver pairings.
